GSA Purchasing Information

Instrux has been awaded its federal GSA Schedule contract. If you found our GSA Schedule information page using a search engine, or other referral, you may want to know that Federal Government agencies are eligible to purchase from our GSA Schedule online at GSA Advantage. Instrux has a Federal Supply GSA Schedule 69. Please reference contract number GS-02F-0041M.

Purchases under $2500.00

Federal employees do not need to be Contracting Officers to purchase Instrux materials and services.

Part 13.2 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations allows non-Contracting Officers to purchase supplies and services at valued at up to $2,500 using the Governmentwide commercial purchase card. Per Government regulations, these purchases “may be awarded without soliciting competitive quotations” if the buyer “considers the price to be reasonable”. These sales ae called “micropurchase orders”.

For purchases over $2,500, Government buyers can use our GSA Schedule Contract to fulfill their education and training needs.
